Неплохой отель рядом со станцией для дальнейшей поездки в Канди, удобно добираться пешком. Комнаты маленькие, ночью душно и кондер не особо справляется. Завтрак хороший и сытный.

Our stay at colombo city hotel was disappointing due to unprofessional staff behavior. When requesting an extra bed as per makemy訂房網站 rules priced at $10, we were charged $14 instead. Additionally, staff members laughed at our language barrier struggles, which made us feel unwelcome and frustrated. Despite the hotel's amenities, these issues significantly impacted our experience negatively.

Services and facilities are not good more over they don’t have proper accountability and tracking system even for room services and orders. They charged a very big amount for a service which we didn’t avail further more delayed our check out even after they understood that the same was their staffs mistake

Very unfriendly staff. The receptionists are always busy on their phones. You need to call them 10 times for small requests. The tv inside the room was not working, despite complaining they did nothing. The tea cups given to me were not cleaned post requesting it they changed it. It takes 15 to 20 mins for hot water once you turn on the switch. Avoid this hotel.

Checkin was delayed and i was asked to wait for 4 hours as mm t has not released payment to hotel. I have made to call mmt care and requested to release the payment to hotel. This is however my last review as i am uninstalling mmt.

They called me on the phone (landline inside the room) at 5. 30 am and woke me up saying "you have over stayed in our hotel and your stay is over. I had just checked in on that day. No one even bothered to apologize to me for waking me up at 5. 30 am. For each and every thing you need to come to the reception. No one is available on any of the floors. I had to informed on multiple occasions about the wifi issues. Pathetic experience. The hotel is 1. 5 km away from the colombo fort station and almost 2 kms from the colombo fort bus stand. Auto (tuk tuk) and buses are not easily available near this hotel. No good restaurant near by for decent indian food.

When i entered the room, there was no lock of the room and no lock of the washroom. There were only 2 small water bottles. If i have paid at least 5600 rupees, then at least make my 訂房網站 should have suggested a good hotel.
